The Western politicians and opiniators are scared, because this conflict is explosive:

• It demonstrates the impossibility of co-existence with radical Muslims
• It is a threat to world trade
• It is a threat to political correctness
• It is a threat to the hypocracy of established UN and other international organisations
• It is a threat to the expediency of "real-politik".
